Aupine shall not be responsible for:

6. PO BOX POLICY

Customers using a PO Box acknowledge that delivery is dependent on postal services and third-party handling.

If carrier tracking confirms delivery to the provided PO Box, Aupine’s obligation is fully fulfilled.

Aupine shall not be liable for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete PO Box information provided by the customer

  • Lost mail within postal systems

  • Unauthorized access to PO Boxes

  • Postal delays or internal handling issues

If a package is returned due to an invalid, full, inactive, or inaccessible PO Box, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Aupine is not liable for:

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Undeliverable addresses

  • Address changes after order processing begins

Returned shipments due to customer error may incur additional shipping fees.
